PAYROLL MANAGEMENT

We deal in services related to payroll management, costing, paying the staff correctly and on time, keeping the automated time and attendance tracking (normal and overtime hours, annual, sick and family responsibility leave), human resource administration including compliance with labour legislation, disciplinary procedures and annual medical examination of employees.

FINANCIAL & RETRENCHMENT BENEFITS

We provide permanent placements, contracting staff and project based labour outsourcing and paying out staff in the event of retrenchment, we assure our clients that we are capable of handling issues related to Labour Law, but also Financials (annual reconciliations SARS, IRP30, IRP5), BBEEE and Occupational Health and Safety regulations.

COMPLIANCE & LABOUR DISPUTES

Our managers have extensive knowledge of labour law and we ensure that labour legislation is compiled and followed with strict disciplinary procedures. If there is any staff related dispute we take full responsibility to handle the matters with Unions, Bargaining Council, CCMA, and Labour Court.

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY REGULATION

All related Human Resource administration including compliance with labour legislation, disciplinary procedures and annual medical examination for employees also Occupational Health and Safety regulations (providing safety equipments and cleaning materials) to create a safe working working environment for the staff members.
